Do you use CL and BP - Ladies or Men

I was having a discussion with a hobby friend today about CL and BP.

I have never called anyone from CL or BP but at times I have scanned the ad's I feel there are too many fine ladies on here that I don't need to go searching elsewhere.

Ladies
Do you advertise on CL or BP? Why or Why not? If so, does your pricing change from where you advertise other places?
How do you handle screening from the calls you receive from CL or BP?

Men
Do you use CL or BP in your hunt for some strange? Why or Why not? Are you looking for the next hidden Gem or are you just looking to save some hobby dollars by finding a cheaper price on CL or BP?

Will be interested in what everyone has to say.

I never have and don't think I ever would use CL or BP. Two main reasons:

1. I'm gonna get burned by some bait & switch or the provider not delivering as advertised.
2. LE concerns, I hear the stories all the time about "so and so got arrested after answering an add on (CL/BP) which was actually an LE sting."

Just not worth it IMHO. There is just way too many reputable providers out there to risk it. You might pay a couple of bucks more, but isn't that true with anything of quality?

For me, it filled a certain niche: young, slender, nearby, available on short notice, and low cost. The downside is almost always not GFE, sometimes a poor attitude, cheap, sometimes trashy, motels, and usually the women are a bit less refined. But, that's just generalities. One of my two current favorites advertises on BP and has never had an account on ASPD or ECCIE. She has a nice incall, great attitude, is very GFE, but is a 30-something. But, I found her through a review instead of BP.

I've always thought the LE threat is way overblown. After 5+ years of reading review boards, I have NEVER read an account of a DFW client being busted by responding to a CL/BP ad. I have often read of clients getting busted for picking up streetwalkers. I've also heard of escorts getting busted who responded to a contact through BP/CL. I've also looked at pictures posted on Arlington, Dallas, and Fort Worth Police web sites and, judging by location, the guys busted look to have all be busted trying to pick up a streetwalker. Not saying it hasn't happened, but if it does, it cannot be a frequent occurrence and a few common sense precautions can further minimize your risk.

I don't use CL at all because of all the well publicized legal issues. If I find someone I am interested in on BP I look for a review on one of the established boards. I have to admit I have taken the plunge once or twice, but it's scary due to all the stories I see of LE entrapment, bait and switch and even hold up's in the room.

Many star providers on hobby boards began on CL or BP. Guys who use caution and take one for the team find gems now and then among the BS and introduce them to our communities. I can think of several over the years that were discovered on BP including one of the most popular girls in the New Orleans area - AmberSTOL. I've done it myself once in a while, and I've come across a couple of good ones. However, there are well reviewed hot young GFE girls on BP in Baton Rouge (Santa's Elves) that everyone seems to be tapping. None of them are members of a hobby board that I know of, so BP is the only place to find them.

I post Bp, why? I tried CL, got my ad flagged? Nothing special in it, but flagging problems.

My rates here on this board are cheaper, why? I would to like to think the men here know a bit more about the hobby and how to treat providers, the basic 101 of lobbying.

I have yet to met a thug, or a spaced out character? (knock on wood)

I raise my rates slightly higher on Bp, it weeds out the knuckleheads. All women who post on Bp, and CL are not bad, some of us got it together, and do right my the men who call us, some of us have good manners.

I started on aspd in 2000 as an escort. In 2004 switched to the body rubs (and changed my name) for 2 years I kept the same rates as the gal who helped me get started(125. now 140.00) . She would not let you touch here or there and was really strict about stuff that I allowed. After 2 years I felt that I had the reviews and the reputation to increase my rates 15.00 (fifteen dollars) and aspd guys SCREAMED about the rates being SO high. Even tho my "services" allowed so much more.

My business went WAY down (because most was aspd). So I started posting (free) on CL. What I found was that many of those guys didn't know about aspd. Most of those guys had to weed thru scummy ads and had been ripped off many, many times.

I posted my website rate (10.00 more than aspd rate) and those guys were SSSSOOOOOOO glad to find a good session (well a GREAT session) that they became my best and most repeat customers.

I hated when ladies on CL and BP mentioned aspd reviews, that I would contact them and say........ "look you got a great review so I assume you are giving quality sessions...... so don't mention aspd reviews. the aspd guys will find you and the guys who don't know about aspd are so grateful to find a good session that they will be your most faithful repeat customers that you don't want to tell them about the review site. If they find that, they will find 15 gals who won't rip them off and by the time your name comes back to the top they will have 15 more to try out."

that is what I found out about the guys who use only CL or BP (except for the murders) faithful clients!!!! (and they would tip 50.00 more because they were so grateful not to be ripped off)

I also advertise on BP i don't use CL any more but myself as well as the ladies from my agency all post on BP. i got my start there a while back and have met some great guys and of course some not so great but the good outweighs the bad for us. I think that if you do your research and are careful then you would be fine. I think the gentlemen should screen us ladies as we do the guys.. Just me 2 cents.

My thoughts exactly, Those Bp gentlemen are faithful, that's where i first started to. I rarely post my aspd reviews. I figure what for, as the ladies said most of the men never even heard of the boards. And prefer to stay low key.

I have never posted on CL because of all the drama and trouble. I do post daily on BP, that is actually where the majority of my new business comes from. There are many guys that hobby that don't belong to or participate in any of the hobby boards, especially the ones I meet from out of town. I totally agree with Dagny on gaining some great regulars from there. Some of the guys are so used to horrible sessions when they actually do get a great one they keep coming back for more. My prices are the same everywhere I advertise, as well as my screening methods.

I will periodically. If I like the pic and they are very close by and available, I will give a shot sometimes. That way, if it's BnS or just BS, I am not out much in the way of driving and waiting.
Someone has to bring in new reviews of new ladies or the boards, as a resource, tend to get stale after awhile.

That has bewildered me too. It would be like going to Loew's and being handed a Home Depot flyer showing more product at cheaper prices.

I really enjoy browsing ads on any site I can find. That said, I typically won't see anyone without plenty of positive current reviews.
