If that actually happens, that will be a good step.

However, it is a long way from saying it to doing it.

And many ways to keep one's litteral word yet subvert the intent. China will do what is in China's best interest, and almost certainly obtained significant concessessions from the US elsewhere.

I agree. WE've seen China come on board with 'sanctions before', that they failed to keep up with.. BUT IF THEY actually follow through with it, it will be good..
