I started going to a nice asian massage parlor, Professional massage
and I get a 90 minute massage,, what tip should I leave for a outstanding massage,

should I leave $50 tip ? or 60
I left $80 the 3 times ive been, and I beleave thats too much , but I dont want to be cheap either and leave $20
any thoughts ???????????????
Franklin,

While I'd admit the only professional massages I've received were from gift cards or groupons (.com) so the cost has been minimal or free so I felt especially generous. I've given $20-30 tips for 1 hour massages (which costed pre-pandemic $60-90 dollars) and I thought that was very generous considering how hard they work their arms and fingers (a lot harder than an rub and tug). For 90 minute massages (which I always do now that I've done my first- 60 minutes is way too short), I'll give $40- which the advertised cost is $120. So a 30% tip I think is VERY generous...$80- you should be getting a BJ....

thanks for your input there sir.
nxt time i go ill give 60. im not gonna cheap
I want her to know she did a great job, and im not looking for a bj,

thanks again for responding
Maybe tip $40 up front and see if that gets you a better massage and then toss another 10 or 20 saying that was much better than last time. Sometimes it might work for better service
