AMP or Motel

Looking at AMPs on STG I keep seeing an ad for 1600 central, which seems to be a motel. “Karen” and “Vivi”. Is this actually at the motel, or is this an AMP? Anyone try this out? The other one I was looking at was Wei Lucky Spa.
