Spot a new place on West Palmer Lane

I was around West Palmer and saw a 'Bibo Spa' with a neon 'OPEN' and 'SPA' light on. It's about half a mile from HEB (Mopac Expy and Palmer). If anyone had visited, do write or pm me. Thanks

I'm pretty sure some of the others are too.

That said, places like DT have been brought to the attention of LE many times but they havent been shutdown for good.
