The course of events would have been significantly different if Clinton had taken OBL threats seriously; including Cole, the Kenyan embassy bombings, Bin Laden's Fatwa - declaration of war in 1996, AND the very first attack on the WTC in 1993 ! All which happened under Clinton's watch.
