NJ/NY - NYC have some of the best reconstructive surgeons in the world.
Stay local, Shop shop shop, and pay without trading.

Don't know what body part you don't like about you but I will presume it's not a big deal and 5, 10 years from now it wouldn't bother you and you might be thanking the man upstairs you didn't get surgery.
