I saw it posted somewhere on Twitter that they were just having technical issues. I guess time will tell.

CK1942 (I think that's his handle) says it's a registration issue. He's expecting that OH2 will be back up soon.

There is a stickie on the site talking about what to do if you have a block IP address although I'm not sure what it says to do since the site is down.
