Higgs-Boson and "Settled" Science

You would expect no one dare question the scientists of CERN for the "discovery" of the Higgs-Boson particle. I'm sure 99.45% of all scientists felt it was legit, by this guy wasn't intimidated:

“The current data is not precise enough to determine exactly what the particle is. It could be a number of other known particles,” said Mads Toudal Frandsen, a particle physicist at the University of Southern Denmark.

By extension, would it be possible that not everyone reviewing the data on man made global warming is a "man made climate change denier" but instead a real, legitimate scientist?

These guys won the Nobel Prize for it:
