Free incall at house in Allen in exchange of service

I own a rental home, partially furnished, in a very nice area of Allen. Instead of renting it out, I would like to offer it to providers to use as a free incall in exchange of providing me service during agreed upon times. Text me 612-787-9240 if interested

First of all... no companion is going to keep a long term arrangement.
What if she trashes it and lowers the value?
What if she gets majorly popped and the gov seizes it?
What if when the arrangement terminates, she doesn't want to leave?
She'd have 30 days after you file eviction paperwork and serve.
30 days pissed at the guy kicking her out.
You'll have holes kicked in walls, broken windows, wiring sold for scrap, who knows?
