Adult search window

Is there a way to stop the Adult Search window from appearing every time I open a forum? It isn't even my city.

The adult search one doesn't bother me too much. It's somewhat annoying, but it has also led to me to look as some of the ads.

The annoying one is the escort banner at the top.

I know the adult search pop up is coming and can immediately hit the back button to prevent it from coming up. But, the escort banner at the top can make browsing in public problematic.
