None of them were found in contempt of Congress for refusing to obey a subpoena.

He received a pardon from Mr. Trump. He went to jail for breaking the law after that.
Maybe the question should be: is he reformed ?
He also faces other charges for stealing money meant for the border wall.

Trial date is December 09.

He'll be headed back to jail, hopefully for the rest of his hateful life.
