I grieve for the families of the dead and our country.

I pray for those who look the other way.

I was waiting to see how long it would take somebody to post about this.

I suspect that folks are waiting to learn the identify of the shooter - Muslim terrorist or disgruntled fired worker.

And then the rapid-fire posting will begin.

Senior law enforcement officials identified the gunman as Aaron Alexis, 34. A senior law enforcement official said the authorities had identified the gunman through his fingerprints

The CNN anchor said she never heard such a thing as a mass shooting on a military base. The other anchor reminded her of the Fort Hood massacre.

To a lot of the mainstream media, if it doesn't happen in NYC or in Washington, DC, it doesn't really count.

I hope so. I did hear a cautionary report on others being involved, and after looking at the information in the article he sounds like a disgruntled worker.
