As have others I have sent PM's which are not received, not showing up on "sent" or "msg list" files.

Upgraded Female Accounts had the maximum PM storage reduced this week from thousands to only 200, so that might be part, if not all of the problem. I don't expect their maximum capacity to be increased any time soon.

Lol he’s not wrong. Our capacity went from 10,000 to 200 to 1000 to finally 2500. And we didn’t receive the pm from St C til after 6 pm stating this. At the time Scorpio posted this it was probably still messed up and set at 200.
That is correct, Gemma. Thanks for pointing out the changes. As everyone can tell, some things are moving targets, so to speak, as the site smoothes out the bumps from the re-launch and plans for the future.
