Newbie Advice

Hello,
I’m a complete newbie to the hobby. Can y’all give me advice on how to play safe, show the ladies respect, and steer clear of trouble? I’d love to learn the ground rules of the lifestyle before jumping in. I’m a dude in bham in my mid 30s.
Thanks!

Welcome to the boards. Read and research are your best friends, here is a link that has some general information, a little wordy but has some good starting points.

Thanks dj8rocks. That was really helpful. Any advice on a newbie friendly provider in the bham area? I tried to join p411 but it is still closed to new members...

You can post an ISO (in search of) request for any newbie friendly providers in the Coed Discussions. Just be prepared to possibly go thru some screening hurdles. This is to help the ladies feel comfortable that you are not a danger to them. Good luck

You want to start with a well reviewed lady that is newbie friendly. They are around. And spend some time on the boards here to find someone that you think would be a good match with your desires and personality. Even a traveling lady may be a good option.

One piece of advice, looks are not everything. I have had some amazing experiences with ladies that do not have a perfect body. And, I have had some porn stars where the experience was rather lackluster.

You should be prepared to provide some minimal Personally Identifiable Information (PII) just to make sure you are not Uncle LEO. This should only happen for the first lady and make sure you ask her if you can use her as a reference.

Good luck and be sure to write a review of your experience.

Welcome to the hobby sweetie. DJ and Mr. Candel have given you some good advice. The best thing you can do is research a lady before pulling the trigger. Find out her preferred method of contact. Then make contact and stay respectful. It's in this stage that you are actually building on the possibile experience you will have. Always remember that mutual trust brings mutual pleasure. Every lady does screening different. We all choose what makes us comfortable. Always be honest when a lady asks questions. If you are not comfortable with giving something, politely say so and she will explain her process with you. If at any time during the screening process you feel like it's not going to be a good match; politely say so and thank her for her time. You will be surprised how many doors open to you when you have good manners.
Please don't dash any cologne in your toolbox.
Some ladies are allergic some are not and cologne tastes really gross.
Thanks for the advice everyone.
The best advice I can give is be a gentleman, that will get you everywhere.
Don't get discouraged if something doesn't happen right away. It took a month or so to land my first date. That was nine years ago.
And remember...

No donkey punches or Dirty Sanchez's.

0 The ladies don't like that.

Do your homework and read the posts in the Security section.
Get yourself a separate "hobby" phone that you only use to meet ladies and a separate "hobby" email account. Avoid gmail and yahoo.

Good luck, be safe.
. “Avoid gmail and yahoo.”

Why is it important to avoid yahoo and gmail email accounts?

Gmail (google) and Yahoo scan all emails for content and will consolidate somewhere where they can send you "targeted" ads or other things.

In addition to an anonymous email, consider using a VPN.

I'm probably being overly cautious, but you can never be too safe.
Absolutely use a VPN on any device you are doing hobby research on and set it to use the strongest encryption possible. Also use encrypted email. Set your hobby phone up to unlock only with a password, never any sort of biometric.

Arrive early and scope things out. If you feel uncomfortable or something seems off then leave, always trust your gut on that stuff. If a girl won't let you go into the bathroom don't say anything, just leave immediately because there is a dude in there. Always remember, if it sounds too good to be true, it ain't.
