I see a point. You are right.
However these girls usually offer bad service when perks are less. Her point of view is, just with additional 15 min, she could have made 4 times the money. But customer asked for only hj and now she feels she wasted time.

Although you are right, she is less motivated to do the job.

I normally enter, ask who is there, check them out, if i felt it is worth then only i pay otherwise i give some reason to go out, usually i tell, i have Card only and then they say we dont do cards.

LOL, I use the same "do you take credit card" excuse when I don't like what I see. Another good excuse is asking for table shower when I know they don't have that.
