Let's apply logic for a moment. She says she is "back". Back from where??? If she has been gone, any legitimate provider would post more than 4 lines in an ad to market herself and remind us who she is. If she is "back", why doesn't she have any reviews from before she left? I have never, and I repeat NEVER, read an ad from a legitimate provider that was 4 lines. Legitimate providers almost always write 1/2 to 1 full page of information to help potential customers feel comfortable about seeing them.
If the 4 line ad isn't enough to set off the B.S. alarm, then look at the grass in the photo. That is pure St. Augastine. You will not find a place in this area where there is not at least a little bit of Bermuda grass mixed in.
