That third link just looks like a site that has photos of escorts, that they have labeled as "mugshots" for advertising purposes. I don't think the photos are any indication that the escort is involed with theft or cash & dash. I don't understand why it has to be "infamous" when several of the ladies will straight up tell you they won't see you for one reason or another.
