Agency owners busted

How do you survive in this game we play?

Be paranoid, be very paranoid. Paranoia is what keeps you safe on this playground.

Might not hurt to rent Men In Black and watch it a couple of times. Watch shows like Criminal Minds, NCIS (especially NCIS Los Angeles). See how they can track people, yes, usually terrorist, but is you start to think Big Brother is always out to get you, you will learn to hide in plain sight, to create that other persona.

And we wonder why so many people, of both sexes, are bi-polar and suffer from schizophrenia around here. As I bounce off the walls of my little padded cell.
no risk no fun. if they wanted you they would have contacted you already i assume. I am so sorry for MC.

In my opinion, you don't have anything to worry about. I doubt that any LE agency would try to make a case against you only because you used your credit card at the agency, unless someone wrote something like "fellatio and intercourse -- $200" on the sale slip. Originally Posted by ShysterJon

However I do recall a few years ago (20 or so) that an undercover went into a MP and was solitated for sex. I dont remember the paticulars but somehow using a credit card made the charge a felony. I belived it had to do with wire transfer and phones lines and fedearl taxes on phone lines made this a federal case. Not sure was a long time ago

Also they advertise as escort agency. And according to transcripts in the case even the judge said their is nothing wrong with escorting. So unless they can prove you engaged in sexual activity which usually means catching you in the act. They can not force you to tell what happened (5th amendment). All they have is you hired an escort agency that some of the girls did illegal activities that the owner was aware of. Does not mean you did.

However doesnt stop them from harrassing you and making it public

Spurs! Best team in the league that no one is talking about. It's all about Lebron these days. Spurs swept Lebron and the Cavs in the Finals four years ago.
