The funniest movie I have seen, or I thought so at the time, was "What's Up Doc?" with Barbara Streisand and Ryan O'Neal. Saw it in a theater, and I honestly thought I might die because I was laughing so hard I couldn't catch my breath.

Another good one was "The Owl and the Pussycat".
