Any info? 99 relax spa on Peach

On Peach Street. This is on my list but have others to try first. Any comments? Seems like the cleanest and most modern in Erie, since L'Massage closed. Was all set to go in last week when I saw a asian guy come out and was talking on his phone, which made me turn away. . . so may be legit? Thanks!
