With the influx of soooo many big businesses into the area, apartments are flooded with legit renters. Finding someone to willingly lease to a hooker and take on that liability is going to be super tough.

Your best bet would be to look for rentals by owner in the areas you are looking for and coming up with enough deposit that they don't care about employment/check stubs.

Also, you could find another provider with an extra room willing to rent it out by the appt.

Download the app Hot Pads. It has a lot of listings by owner. What Ze told you is true... the only way she can get into a decent place is to go through an owner (i.e. condo). Anyplace that is managed is going to require employment records. Anyplace that doesn't is not someplace that most clients would risk visiting.

Finding a place to rent is not an easy task for a provider, it is quite formidable. If you are willing to rent a place in your name for her it would be much easier. Most guys would be very leery of doing that for good reasons.

I used hotels and extended stays for 5 long years before I was fortunate enough to get into a condo. I moved into a condo a provider moved out of when she retired and the owner was provider friendly so I was blessed.

Thank you Ze and Kitty for your good advice. Anyone else have some advice or know of any available place?

In the same boat but not sure why you are posting for someone else though I appreciated that people responded so now I have some insight.

Another route...

IF she is the sort of provider who actually keeps a bank account and deposits her earnings into said bank account-- if she can make up a fake business with cards, etc (web designer, photographer, etc) there are SOME apartment complexes that will rent to her as long as she shows fairly consistent income and has at least fair credit.

Plenty of us have worked out of hotels just fine. There is nothing wrong with an extended stay. It can be a great stepping stone IF she busts her ass and starts getting on the right track. Seems like the OP is in a position to help her with that, even if it is only advice and guidance.

The funny thing about finances isn't how much money you have or make, it can be more about longevity and history and patterns.

She needs to get her accounts in order for HERSELF so she can be independent, in the TRUE sense of the word.

Because at the end of the day: a cute (young) chick, making a large deposit, with her own company, raises flags. Leasing offices are some of the most gossiping places of all, especially if they spend any time watching the cameras.

Pimping seems to be too much work for my tastes.

If you can find a client who willing client, it's possible to craft a cover story and generate pay stubs and 1099s. It takes some coordination of stories and a lot of trust, but it can be done for (at least some) rental properties and auto purchases. Yes, there's legal risk, but I take into account that the people doing the verifications are primarily interested in making sure all the blocks on their forms are checked and getting the lease signed. If everything seems to check out without a hitch, they'll typically move on to the next application.

Just another pov, in San Antonio we have many rental agent offices and some are particularly cooperative in assisting ladies into decent complexes.

Even some ladies with iffy rental histories or, for that matter, no rental history. Or minor legal difficulties.

imo, always best if the provider does not use the apartment for incalls.

Several suggested cover stories.

-- Never worked, relationship busted up and now she is on her own for the first time, younger or older doesn't matter much.

-- Family issues, estranged, working for first time, and she should at least get a McJob for a few weeks. Even just part time, so there is some legit paperwork.

-- Was a sugar baby. That ended, now she is starting over. OK, maybe not this one. LOL.

Similar assistance with securing vehicles, too.
I don't run into Mark Cuban in the hallway or anything, but I live in a pretty good place. There are 3 providers I know of that have worked out of my complex (which shocked me the first time I found out when I asked for the address and it was in the next building). I'm sure there are more that I don't know of, I only hobby 5-6 times a year right now. So it can't be that impossible to figure out.
