Question about banner ad packages.

I am interested in advertising for my company, and I am really close to purchasing two packages from you. The Banne Combo, and the Premium Block.

My question on these two packages is the span and audience that these two packages reach. In short, are these international, nation wide, or local?

Could you shed some light on these for me?

Both packages you're looking at would be visible to any and all visitors to ECCIE regardless of where they're located (international).
