Areas to stay in and away from...

I'm pretty sure some of you have a preference as to where your Dream takes place!

Gentlemen or even the ladies... Which areas are the most helpful due to traffic and such... I want to be at your convenience and of course my safety is very important to me as well.
I know the Galleria area is a good spot, I stayed there my last visit, but where to stay away from in that area?!

Also any great Thai or Cajun restaurants that you recommend while on my stay, please do list...

Happy New Year
!

I prefer the 290/610 area. Even though the construction is a bitch I know all the back roads to take. Just about every way you go there will always be traffic.

If you search the forum this has been answered numerous times in the last month....mods please make this a sticky topic so visiting ladies won't keep asking the same question over and over again.
