Since that review does not contain any ROS information, it would have been rejected anyway and since it was posted more than 30 days ago there is nothing more to be done with it now. At this point my suggestion to you would be see someone and and then write a new review. With the newer and somewhat automated review queue system, catching and processing it will be a lot easier.
