Any idea what the turn-over rate is compared to other cities?

I frequently glance at the "new showcases" section to see if we have gained any new/returning talent in Austin. It seems Dallas and San Antonio always have 5-6 times as many new showcases as we do-- and Houston has twice as many as us. It can't be just a percentage of population equation or the ratio would be 1:2:4:8 (ATX, SA, Dallas, H-town) instead of 1:5:6:2.

Any thoughts? Is my polling accurate? Are there actual metrics? What causes the differences? Do more people sign-up in Dallas and then quickly abandon their profiles, or are there really that many more providers? Is having a showcase a huge expense?

Not sure if it makes much difference given that so many ladies travel within the state. Particularly between SA and here.
