What is Considered an Ad Posting Violation?

Good Afternoon.

Can you provide the do's and don'ts regarding Ad Posting Violations, posting something that is considered an ad, etc?

The rules for this forum are often unclear or silent on this and other subjects that could land the poster in hot water.

For example, I'd like to post a provider's phone number in a HoFo. Is that allowed?

Can you provide a comprehensive list of the rules regarding this subject?

Here are some rough guidelines for an Ad. Also remember ECCIE does not allowed promoting or pimping

By posting any of the items listed below, you change a ThreAD (as way to indirectly spark interest in you) into an AD (directly seeking appointments by announcing any of the following):
availability/dates
rates/fees/specials
Seeking an Appointment
Seeking Appointments for the Lady
Services/Activities available
Asking Hobbyists to Contact the Provider or her Agent or you for a date.
