Oh yeah, like you of all people needs to lose weight lol. I tried that "Insanity" video, and barfed 15 min. into it ha ha. Lipo is much easier! I love working out, but not every day and not for more than say 90 min. I hate going to an actual gym...bluck! If I want to sit, lay, or roll around in someone else's sweat, I will just get laid! Since I moved all the stuff in my house, I find it's much easier to stick with a routine. I normally have to do it first thing after coffee, before the day gets too hectic. My morning workout is running away from my neighbors dog because it got out of their yard. That sneaky bastard doesn't bark and runs around the corner real quick. This happens three times a week.That dog has good taste. I'd run after ya too, lol.
