hobbyist offering professional services???

Is there a forum where hobbyist are allowed to offer their service as a web designer or photographer?

You can contact an Admin about purchasing a banner ad. There are several photogs that already do this.

Well I'm actually a photograph visiting NOLA in a few weeks and was looking to offer my services.. so wasn't looking to purchase an add, but rather see if it's ok to post samples of my work in a post??

Well, to answer your question, there isn't a forum for that so you'll have to purchase the banner (as suggested), or you can suggest there be one created for this purpose.....
