Mod Question via PM

I want to ask a question but not get points for breaching any new rules. Are PM's an acceptable way of doing this? If so, who wants my PM?

You may contact any of the mods by PM with a reasonable question, but PMs are not best contact method for many of the staff, below is dallas and websupport.
