? - do any of the girls let you whip it out or will I need to take some baby wipes to clean out my pants? Last time I had to run to the bathroom for fear of the lights.

There's a reason you'll hear it said a lot here, YMMV. That applies in a lot of situations, including the one you're asking about. Also, if you were ever a Scout you'll know the meaning of "Be Prepared".
Just in case you happen to spill your drink (or pretty much anything else) in your lap, it should dry in about 20 minutes. Just sit tight. If you're wearing a shirt with a long shirt tail you can wear it untucked for the time it takes to walk briskly (but not obviously) to the front door. That seems to work pretty well, or so I heard from a friend...
Oh, and you might think about putting SC questions in the SC forum. Likely to get more and better answers that way.
