What is fun on a Sunday night here in Dallas and northern burbs?

Ok, so the SO, kiddies, G-Ma and nanny are at our Fl vacation home and I am home alone (Oh No!) with my dogs and taking care of my kids horses.... just finished about 6 hrs of client presentation work and am now sweating my balls off out by the pool.....

So, I figure I will go and get a steak someplace, but also figured I'd toss this one out here with little or no expectations LOL

What, if anything is "fun" on a Sunday night in Dallas (Downtown to Frisco and everything in between)?
