Your best bet are the stripper bars in Cabo San Lucas. There are a ton of them, and the classier ones aren't cheap, maybe $300 to $500 for both the woman and the room. Cabaret on Lazaro Cardenas across from McDonalds is a good choice that's got some reasonably good looking women with an all in cost of around $200.
