Devil's advocate here.

You are allowing illegal activities to occur in your suite. If a rental and a bust occurs, you will likely loose your lease. If you own it, well, perhaps you are engaged in organized criminal activities and the government goes after you big time.

On top of that, you have suggested that you will be around as protection. Lot of us guys spell that PIMP.

I would think real hard about this before I agreed to it. (On either side of the equation.) Recognize I do not know you and haven't even looked into your history. You may be a great guy loved by all here.

I suppose there's some risk that our friend bonzo could get busted for promotion of prostitution. But I think both he and the provider(s) who take him up on his offer bear other types of risks as well. No offense to all our fine sporting girls here, and none of my comments apply to you, of course, but providers are notoriously bad tenants, on the whole. Mixing recreational sports in the nude and perhaps substances which excite the passions of the young often lead to destruction of property. I would suggest to each party that they VERY, VERY carefully screen the other party, and draw up a simple contract to clarify the terms regarding the use of the space. Obviously, the contract shouldn't refer to any activities that might take place related to penises and orifices.
