Hahahah.. I love the daily show! He and the Colbert Report comedy show..they are too fucking funny! And yes he does nail it through comedy..love it love it...
A classic example of why taxes should be lowered if anything. Obama wants to raise taxes on the wealthy to pay for this shit? Cut spending first, then if taxes need to be raised, so be it.

They are putting "non-essential" personnel out on forced vacation at the VA hospital while GSA assholes are blowing our money. Now you can go down, wait two hours, and then find out that they can't (by they I mean she) get your records after a two month lead time.

The government never cuts fat. They always cut muscle and bone. The government wants the taxpayer to think that cuts in government spending means laying off teachers, firemen and police officers. They know people will be much more willing to pay higher taxes if they think it's for necessities. There's even a name for this trick of cutting the services people like the most in times of cut backs; it's called the "Washington Monument Strategy" (see attached link)
