"FR will never support the abortionist, homosexualist, socialist, mandate loving, constitution trampling liar Mitt Romney. In case you haven't noticed, a TEA Party rebellion is on and Free Republic signed on years ago. There is no turning back. No more crap from the GOP-e!! They've screwed us for the last time!! Karl Rove and Mitt Romney, et al, loathe conservatism and loathe the tea party and took it upon themselves to use their money and connections to destroy nearly every one of our conservative tea party candidates while pushing their big government RINOS.

"That makes them the enemy. I will not reward that betrayal by giving them my support or my vote. FR is and will remain a pro-life, pro-limited government conservative site!! We are beholden to NO ONE!! We bow to no kings!! We bow to NO RINOS!! I'd rather fight and die like a man than bend over and be screwed by a RINO!! I refuse to kiss Karl Rove or Mitt Romney's rings!! They can kiss my rosy red ass instead!! FUMR!! FUGOP!! Long live the rebellion!! Hope my message is clear." - Free Republic founder Jim Robinson, telling Romney supporters to get off his site.

Mitt is not my first choice but I have said all along I will vote for anyone over Obama. Focus on getting more tea party congressmen and we can effect change. Unless we take control of the Senate it will continue to be a nightmare.

I will vote for Ron Paul in the primary and for whoever runs against Obama in the Generalo election.
I have serious doubts that when it comes to election day, the most extreme of conservatives will turn out if not for Romney for the candidates for Senate and the House. In turn they will jpulll the lever, ounch the chad, or what ever the voting means will be for the candidate that is running against Obama.

I predict that Democrat voter turn out will be less than expected due to major embarrassment and shame.
Of course those that blindly vote the ticket will turn out as long as they can get a free ride to the polls and somebody reminds them that it is election day and not government check day. Wait for the Dems that is one in the same.

Unless there is a major hiccup , Obama will get elected for four more years.

Any of you haters wanna put your money where your hate is?

Not saying that is good or bad but that is what it looks like.

I will say this, the GOP does not want to be in charge of the Senate, House and WH in 2012. They would have no one to blame in 2014!

The party out of favor always seems to know the answers after they get booted!
BigLoser, stick to crticizing what you know somthing about; Free Republic is NOT a "top conservative site" as you claim.

Just wondering ......................
It seems to be a pretty close contest between Romney and Obama in November.

Personally I don't care who wins, I'm just glad the idiot Santorum is out.

What is so bad about Obama? If he has about 50% support in this country there have to be things that are good about him right?
So why is everyone here against him except for 3 posters or so?

And don't think that people form Texas have all the wisdom.
LOL they elected Rick Perry, a laughable stock for the whole wide world.

Its hard to believe but they (the TX people) elected him TWICE.

So if it goes for the yes's and no's for Obama, maybe we should leave TX votes out of it?
They have already shown that they have a terrible record of voting.

Believe me I'm not saying that Texas voters in general are too stupid to vote, (maybe I'm just thinking that some of them are)

I wonder what WW has to say about this. I bet he voted for Perry.

being a native Texan, I have a hard time understanding the right wing voters here too.

Ive come to the conclusion the state just likes men cheerleaders as Govies.
