Visiting Dallas this Weekend...

And I wanna try some different restaurants, I feel I always eat the same places. What are some restaurants that you highly recommend trying in the Dallas area. I'm open to any and all suggestions regardless of location...

Let me first say "dayum coccoa butter sista!" Now, food Doc B's downtown for fresh food and Sweet Georgia Brown's in Oak Cliff for soul food!

I dont know your price range but Uchi, which is also in Austin, does some amazing things with sushi, totally a step up. But it is expensive. For some fine Italian I'd recommend Lucia but its almost impossible to get into. Taverna has good reasonable Italian and I am hearing good things about Fachini but it is pretty upscale.
