Possibly coming to indiana?

Hey ...so i was needing to come visit a family member in Indianapolis and was wanting to know if i could meet some friends? I didnt know what do people post on for like evansville and Indianapolis? I really want to travel and see my family and friends and b able to enjoy myself as well. Just seeing whats going on...thanks...
