set up a time for noon. as soon as i exit skillman from 635 i see LE cruse by. hm, ok. im driving down and i see another piggie drive by. ok.... i see a few black hoes walking.. and wanted to bust a U turn but i already had a time set up with that one hoe. anyway got to her gated apartments off skillman. i called her and was like "whats the gate code"? hoe was like " ill text you the room number" and im like "whats the gate code tho"??? "yeah, ill text you that too".

WTF? just tell me now?? as im waiting another pig drives by.. ok, i heard a dudes voice in the background of the phone call. i swear a heard a kid too... why couldn't she just fucking tell me the gate code over the phone and building number??!! fuck that, i dipped. it wasn't feeling right. on my way back to 635 i see another black bitch at the bustop "acting" like she was on her phone glazing up at everyother car that drove by. i was like SCORE! wait... she might be watched... nope! went back home lol

anyway the hoe called me back but i didnt answer. i text her saying its" hot out her " she said no its not, youll be safe i promise. and that was the end of that.

Yeah, you have to trust the spidey sense. It probably wasn't hot for the reason you were there but I hate uncle Leo cruising around while I go about my business. Anyway, that hoe was probably waiting for her pimp to take their kids out before she let you through the gate.
yeah she had to get them off to the pool before doing her business... I am with you though.. if it doesn't feel right just abort... little head can get attention another day, some days I hate to abort given all the tail I see but you just have to given the leo presence

btw, whenever I'm texted the gate code and room number, I immediately delete all texts from my phone, and leave it hidden in the car.. nothing but me and money enter the incall.
That's a smart plan!

Your phone is a computer, everything is stored on it.

I guess as it relates to the hobby, what if one had a cheap phone that they might factory reset after each use? Is the history still attainable from the phone in this case or only carrier records from the wireless provider?

The carrier hands over everything if given the proper court order. This document shows exactly what is captured. This was over 5 years ago, so assume the ability to save more data currently exists.
One option is to have a prepaid cell from Walmart bought with cash and change it out every so often.

In this case, we physically had the phone so everything was downloaded.
I was able to read every text message that was sent back and forth since the phone was activated, websites visited, emails, etc.

Now I'd venture to say that you had a dumb phone, they will only be able to see what phone numbers were placed and received.

I would assume that if the phone was wiped, the average person could not retrieve any information off of it, but the police, or an expert could. I saw a news story where someone bought a used phone and everything for the prior owner was still on it. It did not get wiped.

Whether you have a hobby phone or not, if you get busted and the phone is in your possession, the police can very easily take it. So throwing it away then is not an option.

Also, if police really want to get you, they can look at all the phone numbers that were received by the provider, then find out what phone company owns the numbers and trace things back from there.
If you sent her an email, they can get the IP address, then they can track down where that IP address originated from, then find out who provides the IP address and narrow down the location.

If they think that you sent an email or anything, then they verify with your Internet provider what your IP address is then match that address to the email sent.

The days are being anonymous are really over, whether you have a hobby phone or not.
At the end of the day, the cops are not going to have a task force to track you down, you're not some big drug kingpin or have a RICO case against you. You're just a guy out getting a hooker. A lot of guys here think that big brothers going to track them down.

Also unless you turn it off, the iPhone is set to track and record where you go and how long you're in that area.

Go to privacy, location services and if it is on, go down to System services, then scroll down to frequent locations, if it is on, It will have a history of your frequent locations, dates and estimated time you were there.
So if this is on and you lied to the cops where you were or have been, you're screwed. You can easily turn it off, though.
