What do y'all think of the improvements at e.com?

The have increased the granularity of the review. You can further define how the date went as it gives you more categories. I like it, but imagine providers might not.

The old system allowed them a voice to add to the review, in their defense, if it was a bad one. This one still doesn't. They should give the provider a section as well on the reviewer.

Did any of you offer suggestions? You can do so here:

If you want LE to have your info, go ahead and post there. They were raided and taken over. Originally Posted by John Bull

i like the way the format for the reviews are now as they offer a more clean version of what goes on and is good for the general client to have as an over view of any provider they are curious about seeing. as a providers point of view, i dont think it is good as i had a bogus review pop up last year from a person whom i had only had a brief phone conversation with and e.com was not willing to remove the review entirely. they need to pull the commentary box back out so that we can render information out to other providers who may use that knowledge as part of consideration.
Interesting.

Something I hate though. No 'Preview' function.

There are so many pull downs you can't see them all on one page.

Also, no 'Edit' function after submission.

The combination of these two weaknesses increases the odds of a mistakes.

Average? I don't think so LOL
Reviewers have been known to make mistakes in the drop-down menus in E.com reviews. Once you hit the submit button, there is no return and no chance to make corrections.
