How can I post an avatar/profile pic to my profile here?

Hello fellow Hobbyists & Providers,

I tried to upload an avatar/profile pic to my public profile here, but couldn't find where to do it. May be I am looking at the wrong places. Anyone care to provide some direction?

Second question - When I post a comment to a review or a discussion, is there a way I can set up something within ECCIE that I get an email reminding some activity on that thread or post? - Will subscribing to that thread do the trick?
