If you won a car?

Good morning all,

I asked myself that question everytime Tim Horton starts their promotion with the roll the rim contest...
when you buy a coffee here in Canada (dont know if you guys have timmies in the states yet) for a certain period at Tim Horton...you can win all kinds of prize money, coffee and donuts and cars (Toyota camry or corrola not sure)

Now I keep asking myself...would I keep the car or take the money! It may depend on the car too but isn't it like a poisened prize!! If you keep the car you have to think of insurance, plates, gaz...so you're winning a prize but it générâtes expenses...as if you take the money...you can spoil yourself with wathever you want...
What would you do?
Don't forget the immediate tax charge. Here in the States, vehicles are common prizes in golf tournaments and are usually not taken home because of the tax hit. Most people take the "cash equivalent" after taxes . . .

I'd drive the rubber right off the rims then take that bitch back and demand a cash refund...

Take the cash and go on a nice trip somewhere.
