So you were trying to be the popular girl and give what all the kiddies were asking for. Then someone overstays their welcome by an hour.
Books an hour and then come 30 past still there... 45 past and still there, then finally an hour past.....

What should you do?

If you don't speak up it's your fault. If you're a business owner and you have no clue how to run your business (by speaking up) and you don't know when closing time is then you should just do volunteer work and hang out after hours for fun.

What is the "proper way" to speak up so you are not a "clock watcher". And when subtitle hints did not work, and the room phone, the cell phone ringing.

maybe about 5 minutes till time is up,ask the gent if he would like to freshen up as time is nearing an end..but say it sweetlyand not demeaning...also you could have a cd set to time out around sessions ending

I agree with Seeking P. You need to save your energy for the clients that treat you correctly. Reward good behavior, not bad behavior. Good clients will appreciate it.

Screen very well, also for behavior. If people push boundaries screening they will always push boundaries. Don't take bad clients and avoid problems in the first place.

It will cost you more money to have bad clients than to have clients bash you. Plus, if you have a decent reputation guys can put two and two together. Nobody can destroy your business. Just say that it has been an hour. Just say it.
