I have a furnished one bedroom one bath incall available in the North Dallas/Addison area to share. It is one of the top complexes in the area. I keep it very clean with all the “provider Incall fixings”.
The rent is $350.00 per month with a $300 deposit that is completely refundable upon terminating your time at the incall. The total amount is $650.00 due upon move in. Rent is due on the 1st of every month with appropriate fees for late rent payments.
