But are terms like hooktard, hooker, and whore now that commonly used in this forum?

I apologize if this subject has been brought up before, but if it hasn't can someone enlighten me? I used to frequent the forum a little more back in the ASPD days, and I even remember some influential members strictly discouraging the use of the term hooker/whore. Now it seems every other guy is blurting out the word left and right.

It seems to me that a lot of the members on this board are very cynical about the hobby. A hooker is a hooker is a hooker, she'll try to steal your money, lie to you, and stab you if she needs to is the mentality I run across. Don't get me wrong, I'm not so naive as to believe that every girl on BP are shining angels just trying to pay her way through college (or simply enjoy the business).

So, what gives?
