Not to sure about the St George area but I am a bit further north in the Provo area.

It doesn't look too lively in St. George UT ... maybe they just drive to Vegas (which is much closer than Provo).

There are guys happy to see ladies down there and girls do show up. However LE is very alert and not happy with providers so if you go screen screen screen guys.
