Bummer. I’ve had a few good experiences there before

Glad I'm not the only one. I was there a month ago and the same thing happened to me. The lady gave me a half-ass FBSM that didn't even last 30 minutes when I requested an hour.

And when it came to payment, she tried to charge me L3 rates for L1.

It has been a almost a year for me since my last visit. Upselling the last time, 4-5 previous times were fine.
