Pilar waters is waste of time

She emails 5 times over 2 days keeps asking more stuff hoops jump through, then text once and ghosts..... Such waste of time and unprofessionalism ... Lost 2-3 hours of time and changed plans

I didn’t realize Pilar was still active, she is actually the last provider that I reviewed way back in 2014 when she was new on the scene...I am curious who initiated this recent ‘waste of time’, you or her, because she reached out to me a couple of years ago for some assistance?
