Why shouldn't Cuomo who demanded that COVID-19 patients who tested positive be sent back into nursing homes where they died by the thousands? When asked by a reporter if he did anything wrong he said he didn't. No?, then why did you abruptly reverse that policy if there was nothing wrong with it?
