Before you post a report, please keep this in mind. When providing a link to girl's website, make sure that website DOES NOT mention rates or services. If it does, post the link in the ROS. If her website does not have listed rates or service (like the ECCIE profile page), then it is okay to post the link in the template.
When it comes to the activities field in the template, Staff has recently been informed that the Activities can and should be listed in this portion of the template. Staff discussions concerning the removal of the Activities portion of the template have determined there is no need for that action. - Biomed1
